ootd 29 March 2016 הופעה יומית

כן. אני מודעת לחלוטיין ל"אווירה" על הרצפה. חתול שהתחרפן על חתול אחר ליד אוכל גרם לבעיה פה. תוך כדי צילומים לא פחות ולא יותר.

השמלה הזו היא שיחוק מלורד קיטץ'. אני חייבת לציין לשבח את סניף אשקלון במיוחד. אני מודה שעל אף העובדה שיש לי לא מעט יציאות מוצלחות מלורד קיטש, שפעמים רבות גורמות לכך שאנשים שואלים אותי מאיפה הפריט (כמעט תמיד שמלה) - בסניפים אחרים אני פשוט לא מוצאת את עצמי.

השמלה הזו היא שמלה שנורא התלבטתי אם לקנות לאחותי גם. ובסוף אני יודעת. שזו שמלה שאהנה ממנה מאוד (ובפרט במחיר), וכשימאס לי אחותי תעוף עליה (בשנים האחרונות הורשתי לאחותי לא מעט פריטים ואני מאוד שמחה על כך. קשה לי להיפרד מחפצים כמו שציינתי לא פעם - אבל כשזה ולך לאחותי זה לגמרי הופך את זה לקל יותר. כולל טוניקה שלבשתי פעמיים ואימא שלי לא הפסיקה לומר כמה זה יפה על אחותי... :P)

האיפור כאן הוא אחת הפעמים הראשונות שהשתמשתי בצלליות של מייקאפ גיק. ומה אגיד ומה אומר. רק עכשיו יצא לי לרכוש אותם וההתלהבות שלי (גם שלושה חודשים לאחר מכן) לא פחתה לרגע. משהו שלא קורה לי בדרך כלל דווקא בגלל שיש לי הרבה יותר איפור מבן אדם נורמלי ושפוי). לא אפסיק לחשוק בעוד ובמיוחד שלאחרונה הנחתי ידיים על 8 מהסמקים הקודמים שלהם (אם ידעתי שהם מוצאים את אותם צבעים בדיוק בפורמולה חדשה, לא הייתי עפה עליהם כל כך מהר... :P)

אחד מהמראות שאני הכי אוהבת.

עגילים: Top10

לצערי, ההופעה היומית הזו סימלה את סופן של נעלי המנומרות שהתפרקו סופית אחרי שנחרשו עד דק. ניפרד מהן בכאב.

משהו בצבע המנומר היה שלמות, בלרינה מבד ולא מבד מבריק (יש לי עוד מנומרות כהות יותר אבל מחומר מבריק).

אני קשה נורא בפרידה מחפצים שאני אוהבת. ומצד שני- משתדלת מאוד להזכיר לעצמי. "זו רק נעל". ובאמת לסנן ולהיפטר ממה שנהרס. ועם זאת, למרות שאת זה סיגלתי לעצמי לא לאחרונה - זה רק לאחרונה שלמדתי שצריך ללבוש, להנאות ולהפיק את המירב מהפריטים גם במחיר של יהרסו.

הרי מה הקטע בלהחזיק אוסף נעלים שלא נועלים אותם, נכון?

The one from - Thank god I'm a women

I was born to a Religious orthodox Jewish family and went to a Religious schools system until I was 18.

Part of that was learning how to daven the Jewish prayers.

The first part of this is the morning "Barchaout". There are 3 that change from Women to men - since in Hebrew there is a difference between male and female verbs. but one of these Barchaout - does not chance just the verb. but the whole meaning.

simply:

for men - the say "thank god for been a man".

And for women? "thank god he made me as HE desired.

I might have been as young as 12 - and thanking to myself - this is ridiculous! And decide to say "Thank for for been a women".

It took many years after that when this started to be one of those things that women, Religious women that happen to be also feminist - talk about.

You see - while man need to daven within a group of at least 10 men, women are allowed to daven on their own. So it s a private thing and something that nobody would notice when I started to change the words for the section. It's was between me and my god.

It took more then 20 years later for my to be able to say that I'm a feminist. For some wired reason, like alot of my female peers in my age group I felt like I should be apologetic about been a women, let a lone a feminist! Oh My!!

God forbid.

But now, 30 years old I know that we are still so far away form ending the battle for change. And I can tell for a lot of now-a-day feminist that it's about gender pride. and god dammit!

I'm a proud women.

The one with the hunger for life and beauty

For years now I've suffered from various addictions. One of them is most definitely for food. Going through various phases of eating disorders was a part of it.

My love for other things as also gone through this and it took me years to figure out that what I am - is hungry for life.

The love, the passion, the color and beauty. It all comes down to this.

Realizing that been hungry is just as part of me - was a very hard realization. Society teaches women in the 21st century - not only to take as little space as possible, but also - that are desires are wrong. That any women with a passion for food or sex or life itself - is wrong and sick. But it's only these women who really live.

You don't have to go off the far and or to some extreme. And it's such a shame.

I'm now 30. And Only now do I see how much I've missed out - trying to live life like the books and what still amazes me - is that many more women still do.

We need to write our own book and life by our truth - not others.

במשך כל כך הרבה שנים, סבלתי מכל כך הרבה התמכרויות.

אחת מהם הייתה בהחלט התמכרות לאוכל. ההתמודדות עם הפרעות אכילה מגוונות במשך השנים, הייתה רק סימפטום חלקי של זה.

האהבה שלי לדברים אחרים הייתה גם חלק, ולקח לי שנים להבין שאני פשוט רעבה לחיים.

האהבה, התשוקה, הצבע והיופי. הכל מגיע לזה בסופו של דבר.

ההבנה שאני בסך הכל רעבה, וזה בסך הכל חלק ממני - הייתה מסקנה לא פשוטה להכיל. החברה מלמדת נשים במאה ה-21 - שלא רק שעלינו לתפוס כמה שיותר מקום פיזי, אלא שגם לתחושות ול"רעב" שלנו יש מקום קטן ככל האפשר, בין אם זה לאוכל, או לסקס או פשוט לחיים - מי שמעזה להיות "רעבה" היא פשוט חולה. אבל בפועל? אלו הנשים הרעבות שבאמת חיות. מגשימות ועושות. כי בלי רעב לחיים, לעשייה, להגשמה - אין משהו שידחוף קדימה.

לא צריך לחיות בקיצוניות בשום דבר, וגם לא בדברים הללו.

לקח לי 30 שנה להבין כמה פספסתי כשאני מנסה להפחית את הרעב לחיים. ומה שהכי מדהים אותי, עד היום, היא העובדה שיש כל כך הרבה נשים אחרות שעדיין עושות את זה, שעדיין מנסות לחיות לפי הספר שמישהו אחר הכתיב.

במקום להבין שכל אחת מאיתנו צריכה לחיות את הספר של עצמה, ולחיות לפי האמת שלה, ושלה בלבד.

Shopping list - The pin up dress

This is far from being my first post on the topic but since I'm really into the beauty and the colors of the Rockabilly and pin up style - this should not come as a surprise to anybody.
After asking around I decided it's time for a post on how to buy your pin up dress.
Of course - If you live somewhere in the states or lucky enough to have a spicily store near by - then you have more then the options in this post - but for most if us - e-bay is really the place to get started.

When looking online for the pinup dress - keep in mind that the search terms relevant would be (of course) "Pin-up", and Rockabilly and that most dresses come in 2 shapes - the A-line skirt and the pencil skirt. The top, however, Can very a lot - from no sleeve and halter to full length sleeves.

Most of the dresses come in a firm cotton materiel and for most of the a-line shaped ones you could add a under skirt to add some volume. Presently - I have several dresses and no under-skirt. They look just a good and still very "rich" looking.

The other thing to keep in mind is this: All though e-bay is the place to get started keep in mind that their are more on-line stores with these dresses. So, If I see that the dress I want is not available in my size a just Google search the name of the dress and find some stores like that.

The major e-bay store for pin up has to be: SIRENS AND STARLETS
It holds many different brands and the priced tend to be reasonable - and sometimes even pretty good.

Should I buy non brand pin-up dresses?
I have to be honest, This is one thing that I think you should try to aim for the brand names. They are guilty dress, nicely done and very well sawn. For the small savings - go for the brand. Especially if you are bigger then a small. The brand names are making more and more of their dresses in a large plus size, So some of them will be even in a uk28.
